WELCOME!
We're excited to have you visit Birch Bay Waterslides. To help everyone enjoy a safe, fun, and smooth experience, we ask all guests to review and follow the policies below.

YOUR SAFETY & GENERAL RULES

All guests enter and use park facilities at their own risk.

Lifeguards are on duty, but parental supervision is always required.
-
All instructions from park staff must be followed at all times.
-
No refunds due to weather, closures, or behavioral removal.
-
Rough play, running, or unsafe behavior is not permitted anywhere in the park.
-
Only Coast Guard–approved life vests are allowed in pools or on slides.
-
All guests must complete a waiver before entering.


DRESS CODE
-
Swimwear must be modest and secure. No excessively revealing suits.
-
No denim, cotton, or athletic shorts with hard pieces (zippers, buttons) are allowed on slides.
-
ALL eyewear must have a secure strap to be worn on attractions.
-
Non-potty-trained children must wear swim diapers (available in our Gift Shop).
-
Offensive or explicit tattoos must be covered while in the park.
-
Slide-friendly footwear must be non-marking, water-safe, and closed-toe.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. Please leave the following at home:
Food & Drink:

No outside food, snacks, or drinks (except factory-sealed water bottles and baby food/formula).

Coolers, pop-up tents, hard-sided containers, and glass items are NOT allowed.

Substances & Smoking:
-
No alcohol, drugs, or cannabis (including in the parking lot).
-
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas outside the front gate.
Other Items:
-
No firearms, weapons, or knives of any kind.
-
No speakers, boomboxes, musical instruments, or amplified sound.
-
Unauthorized flotation devices (floaties, water wings, inflatable tubes) are not permitted.

No grills, open flames, or cooking of any kind.
SLIDE & ATTRACTION RULES

Guests must follow lifeguard instructions at all times.
-
No running, diving, horseplay, or roughhousing.
-
Each slide has specific height and weight requirements. Check the Attractions Page for full rules.
CHILDREN & SUPERVISION

Children 12 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-
The park does not assume responsibility for unattended minors.
-
Unsupervised minors or guests violating park rules may be removed without refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY & PRIVACY

Do not take photos or videos of others without their consent.
-
Photography and filming are strictly prohibited in restrooms, changing rooms, and locker areas.
-
Management reserves the right to stop inappropriate photo/video activity and confiscate equipment.

By entering the park, you agree to be photographed or recorded for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. All photo/video material becomes the property of Birch Bay Waterslides.


HELP US KEEP THE PARK CLEAN

Use designated trash and recycling bins throughout the park.

Please report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to staff immediately.

Treat our facilities with care so all guests can enjoy them.

Make sure you're ready for your day of fun:

☑ Leave outside food/coolers at home
☑ Wear appropriate swimwear & bring a strap for your sunglasses
☑ Pack swim diapers if needed
