Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with ticket sales.

Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue wristbands.

Provide excellent customer service and answer visitor questions.

Help maintain a clean and organized front entrance area.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Current EMT certification or relevant advanced first aid/CPR training required.

Ability to respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in emergency response, medical care, or safety supervision is a plus.

Keep the park clean by maintaining restrooms, pathways, and common areas.

Assist with general park upkeep, including trash removal and minor maintenance.

Help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Support other departments as needed to keep the park running smoothly.

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry light equipment and supplies.

Team player with a willingness to assist in different areas of the park.

Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages.

Monitor pools, slides, and attractions to ensure guest safety.

Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies.

Enforce waterpark safety rules and provide assistance as needed.

Participate in regular training and skill refreshers to stay prepared.

Must be at least 15 years old.

Strong swimming ability (training and certification provided).

Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.

Responsible, dependable, and confident in emergency situations.

Must pass lifeguard certification course before starting (provided by BBWS).
